If not our standard fee is 25% of the first year's base salary of any secured candidate. This fee will be billed after the candidate starts and we also offer a 30 day full refund guarantee on any of our candidates.
When you retain Pinnacle Search you will receive the following services:

-Resume submissions that include salary requirements as well as any other pertinent information.
-Follow-up conversation to answer additional questions.
-Facilitation of interview or phone screen.
-Feedback based on a debrief of candidate.
-Consultations on how viable said candidate is and what objections need to be overcome.
